Pricing & Payment

- All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise

- Prices include VAT where applicable

- We reserve the right to change prices at any time

- Payment must be received before dispatch

- Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept and dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

- Payment fails

- Stock is unavailable

- Fraud is suspected

- Pricing errors occur

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

- Couriers

- Customs

- Weather

- Postal disruption

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

Returns & Hygiene Products (Important Clause)

Due to the nature of oral care and hygiene products:

We cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days if:

- Unused

- In original packaging

- In resaleable condition

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may offer:

- Replacement

- Refund

- Store credit

We may require photo evidence.
