Shipping policy
DELIVERIES
Our standard P&P cost is £2.99. We use Royal Mail, which should deliver your order within 4-7 working days after the dispatch date.
Also available is, Express, which should be delivered within 1-3 working days after dispatch date.
The vast majority of our orders are dispatched either on the same working day, Monday to Friday (if ordered before 12pm) or next working day.
If you have provided an incorrect / incomplete shipping address after your order has been placed, please email help@cleanshaven.co.uk immediately to see if there is still time for us to change the address.
Once the order has been dispatched, there is nothing we can do to make any changes to the address.
Reshipment is only available once your parcel has been returned to us at your expense. You will need to pay £2.99 to cover the re-delivery cost charged by Royal Mail. We will contact you to confirm the correct address.
If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order. We will deduct £2.99 (what we have been charged for the delivery) from any refund on the return of the item
In the event that you fail to collect your item from your local Royal Mail sorting office, the item will be returned to us by Royal Mail.
