DELIVERIES

Our standard P&P cost is £3.50 

The vast majority of our orders are dispatched either on the same working day (Monday to Friday if ordered before 1pm) or next working day.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48, which should deliver your order within 3-5 working days after the dispatch date.

Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of two days for over 94% of our postcodes.

Also available is, Royal Mail Tracked 24, which should be delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch date.

IMCOMPLETE / WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

if you have made an error in entering your address and the item has already been dispatched, you will need to pay the additional £3.50 to cover the re-delivery cost once it has been returned-to-sender.

If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less £3.50

Unfortunately, if the order was delivered to the incorrect address as supplied by the customer, then there is little we can do at that point. We have legal and ethical obligation to ship the order to the exact address requested by the purchaser.

RETURNS

You have 30 days to return your unwanted items. It is your responsibility to ensure the items are returned to us and reach us in 100% resalable condition.

PLEASE NOTE:

– Once used, products can’t be returned or exchanged..
– Delivery cost will not be refunded.

Clean Shaven recommends you take out carrier insurance as if the goods do not arrive in a resalable condition no refund will be made.
